The Walt Disney World® Resort now offers an innovative new service called Disneys Magical Express with complimentary airport shuttle, luggage delivery and airline check in for Disney hotel guests*.
Disneys Magical Express Service will allow you to check your bags at your hometown airport, bypass baggage claim at Orlando International Airport and board luxury motor coaches to the Walt Disney World® Resort as your bags "magically" appear in your room upon check in. This round-trip complimentary service is patterned after the successful Disney Cruise Line® model and is designed to give Disney hotel guests a stress-free vacation. Disneys Magical Express Service makes your return to Orlando International Airport hassle-free as well. This convenient system lets you avoid airport check-in lines by enabling passengers on domestic flights** to check their luggage and receive a boarding pass before departing their Disney hotel. As an added benefit, if your flight departs later in the day you no longer have to worry about your luggage after you check out of your hotel. You can simply check your luggage at the Resort Airline Check-in Desk and then enjoy the last day of your stay. To booking Disneys Magical Express Service visit Disneys Magical Express Service Web site at www.disneysmagicalexpress.com/US.You need the following information to confirm Disneys Magical Express Service:
Walt Disney World® Resort will provide you with an Airport Transportation Booklet and special luggage tags approximately 21 days prior to your departure to Orlando. If express mail service is required, it will be provided free of charge And, now the Disney's Magical Express Welcome Center offers Guests the opportunity to pre-register for the Resort Airline Check-In Service (Guests must be flying on a participating airline**). By pre-registering, you will still need to go to the Resort Airline Check-In desk to check your luggage and receive your boarding pass. But, the transaction time will be expedited and ultimately provide you a much better experience. Note: In order to pre-register, there must be at least two calendar days prior to your departure date to allow for processing time. Therefore, those Guests with one-night stays will not be eligible to pre-register, but may still go to the desk to use the service. You may go to the Resort Airline Check-In desk even if you have opted not to pre-register at the welcome center.
Arriving in Orlando Note: If youre arriving at the Orlando International Airport after 11:00 p.m., you have the option to claim your own luggage from the carousel at baggage claim giving you more immediate access to your bags once you reach your hotel. You would then proceed to the Disney Welcome Center on Level One/B side of the airport to board the motorcoach to your resort. The Welcome Center will continue to stay open until the last known flight has arrived.
